PM Shehbaz Sharif Extends Eid ul Adha Greetings, Urges National Unity and Solidarity with Palestine, Kashmir

ISLAMABAD (Media Wing, PM Office) – Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has extended his heartfelt greetings to the people of Pakistan and the global Muslim Ummah on the auspicious occasion of Eid ul Adha 1447 AH, calling on the nation to embrace the true spirit of selflessness, compassion, and unity.

In his official address, the Prime Minister highlighted the profound spiritual significance of the holy festival and reaffirmed Pakistan's unwavering solidarity with the oppressed peoples of Palestine and Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

The Essence of Sacrifice and National Duty

The Prime Minister emphasized that Eid ul Adha commemorates the eternal legacy of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and Prophet Ismail (AS), symbolizing absolute devotion and obedience to the Will of Allah.

"This sacred tradition teaches us that subordinating personal desires, interests, and lives to a higher, noble cause is the ultimate pinnacle of faith," PM Shehbaz Sharif stated. He noted that the spirit of sacrifice guides humanity away from selfishness and narrow-mindedness, fostering empathy and social responsibility.
