Defence Day: Balochistan Police Pay Tribute to Martyrs, Meet Families in Gwadar

Gwadar — On the solemn occasion of Defence and Martyrs’ Day, senior officials of the Balochistan Police visited the homes of police martyrs in Gwadar, reaffirming the resolve that “the martyrs of the homeland are our pride and the nation’s treasured asset.” The initiative was aimed at paying rich tribute to the brave men who sacrificed their lives for the country.

Police officers met the families of the martyrs, expressed their heartfelt condolences and reaffirmed that the police department and the entire nation would never forget the sacrifices of its heroes.

Recognition of the Immortal Sacrifices of Gwadar’s Martyrs

A delegation of the Balochistan Police visited the homes of Constable Shakeel Ahmed Shaheed, Constable Imam Bakhsh Shaheed and Constable Abdul Hakeem Shaheed, who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty. The officials offered Fateha for the elevation of the martyrs’ ranks and distributed gifts among their families.

On the occasion, the officers highly appreciated the patience, courage and steadfastness demonstrated by the families of the martyrs.

‘Our Entire Family Is Ready to Sacrifice Everything for the Country’

Despite the pain of losing their loved ones, the heirs of the martyrs continue to be filled with a deep spirit of patriotism.

The brother of Constable Muhammad Kumari Shaheed, expressing his emotions, said:

“Muhammad Kumari sacrificed his life for our beloved homeland. Our entire family is immensely proud of his great martyrdom.”

Similarly, the father of martyr Ameer Bakhsh, Faiz Muhammad, also expressed immense pride in his son’s sacrifice. Delivering an inspiring message, he said:

“My son sacrificed his life for the homeland while performing his duty, and I am proud of him. Our entire family is always ready to make every kind of sacrifice for the country and the nation.”
