CM Sarfraz Bugti Exposes BLA-BYC Nexus; Reveals Indian and Afghan Intelligence Support Driving Militancy
Balochistan Chief Minister Addresses Top Academics and University Heads in Quetta on Anti-State Propaganda
Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has categorically exposed the operational nexus between the banned Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC). Speaking during a high-profile interactive session with university vice-chancellors, registrars, deans, and senior professors in Quetta, the Chief Minister asserted that there is a massive disparity between the malicious anti-state propaganda generated online and the ground realities of the province.
The Chief Minister highlighted that a highly orchestrated narrative of "deprivation" is being weaponized by specific extremist factions to advance a radical, subverted agenda targeting national integrity.
Kinetic Violence and Digital Propaganda Fueled by Cross-Border Intelligence Networks
Addressing the academic leadership, Chief Minister Bugti outlined the hybrid warfare tactics being deployed to destabilize the region. He emphasized that physical violence, kinetic terrorism, and coordinated social media misinformation campaigns are being utilized systematically in an attempt to weaken Pakistan.
The Chief Minister revealed concrete links indicating that militant organizations, including the BLA and the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), are receiving active logistical, financial, and operational facilitation from cross-border sanctuaries.
"The facilitation of these militant groups is deeply rooted in hostile intelligence networks operating with explicit state backing from Afghanistan and India," CM Bugti stated.
Reaffirming the absolute, inseparable bond between the province and the state, the Chief Minister concluded that Balochistan is nothing without Pakistan, and Pakistan is incomplete without Balochistan. He urged the academic fraternity to play an active role in countering extremist narratives among the youth.
