Defence Day: Grand Public Rally Held in Panjgur, Glowing Tribute Paid to Pakistani Martyrs

Islamabad (Web Desk) — On the occasion of Defence and Martyrs’ Day, a large public rally was held in Panjgur district of Balochistan, with thousands of citizens participating to express solidarity with the Pakistan Army and pay glowing tribute to the martyrs of Pakistan.

Political and social leaders, members of the business community, students and a large number of citizens participated in the rally. Participants carried national flags and banners and raised resounding slogans in support of Pakistan and the Pakistan Army.

The participants of the public march conveyed a clear message of national unity, solidarity and brotherhood, saying that it is because of the immortal sacrifices of the martyrs that the people of Pakistan are able to live safely in a free country today.

The people of Panjgur demonstrated their deep love for the homeland and reaffirmed their resolve that the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the security forces for the defence of Pakistan.
