Washington: The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has added Indian national Satinderjeet Singh, also known as Goldy Brar, to its Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list over his alleged involvement in the Lawrence Bishnoi Organized Crime Group. The FBI says Singh is wanted in connection with targeted killings, extortion and narcotics offenses.

According to the FBI, Singh is allegedly associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi Organized Crime Group and is considered extremely violent, armed and dangerous. The agency says he is known to reside in California and various parts of Canada and has made his apprehension a priority. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $1 million for information leading to his arrest.

U.S. authorities say Singh is alleged to have served as a leader of the Bishnoi enterprise in North America and helped direct the activities of its members and associates. The FBI also alleges that the organization has been involved in violent crimes, including targeted killings, shootings, murders, kidnappings, extortion and narcotics trafficking.

The FBI further states that Singh and Lawrence Bishnoi have been charged in connection with the 2023 killing of a prominent political and religious figure in Surrey, British Columbia. The agency says the case is being investigated by the FBI, the Los Angeles Police Department and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, with assistance from international law-enforcement partners.

The Canadian government designated the Bishnoi Gang as a terrorist entity under the Criminal Code on September 29, 2025. Canada said the group operates primarily out of India and has been involved in murder, shootings, arson, extortion and intimidation.

The FBI said Singh is the 543rd person to be added to its Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list since its creation in 1950. Authorities have urged anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact the FBI or other law-enforcement agencies.
