Resistance Operations Against Taliban Intensify, One Official Killed, 3 Injured
Kabul: Resistance activities against the Taliban government have intensified in Afghanistan, with various armed groups and local residents stepping up their actions.
According to reports, 3 Taliban personnel were injured in an attack by the anti-Taliban group National Resistance Front (NRF) in Afghanistan’s Badakhshan province. Similarly, an operation carried out by the United Front in southern Afghanistan resulted in the death of one Taliban official.
Meanwhile, tensions have also been reported in Zabul province, where local residents have reportedly raised their voices against alleged oppression and abuses by the Taliban government.
The increasing attacks by opposition groups and the emergence of resistance at the public level are being viewed as signs of a weakening security and administrative grip of the Taliban government in Afghanistan.
