Gwadar Attack and Propaganda Shameful; Terrorists Are Enemies of Development: Rubaba Baloch

Dr Rubaba Khan Baloch, Adviser to the Chief Minister of Balochistan on Women Development, has strongly condemned the cowardly terrorist attack in Gwadar and the misleading propaganda circulated on social media afterwards, describing it as deeply shameful.

In a firm statement, Dr Rubaba Khan Baloch said targeting development projects, educational institutions and public facilities was effectively an attack on Balochistan’s prosperity and the bright future of its people. She made it clear that targeting innocent civilians, women and children, or exploiting them for malicious purposes, was entirely contrary to Baloch traditions and values.

She emphasised that women have always been treated with honour and respect in Baloch society, adding that their exploitation in any form for terrorist activities would not be tolerated under any circumstances.

The chief minister’s adviser expressed her resolve that cowardly acts could not weaken the people’s determination. She said the resolute people of Balochistan stood shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistan Armed Forces to safeguard peace, stability and development in the province.
