Minister Khawaja credited the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) for overcoming bureaucratic bottlenecks. She noted that SIFC’s dynamic leadership and its comprehensive "Whole-of-Government Approach" played a decisive role in neutralizing past operational challenges, creating an enabling environment for international tech conglomerates.

Direct B2B Access: Through the IBI digital portal, Pakistani small and medium enterprises (SMEs) will gain direct access to approximately 3.1 million Chinese companies.
