According to a report by The Diplomat, Pakistan’s campaign against militant networks in Afghanistan has entered a new and highly effective phase. Over recent months, Pakistani security forces have not only intensified pressure on militant groups but have also tightened the net around their cross-border networks and facilitators.

• The primary objective of Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq is to permanently disable militant infrastructure operating along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border belt.
