PARIS: Pakistan’s Ambassador to France and Permanent Delegate to UNESCO, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, called for a stronger global synergy between policymakers, academia, and civil society to establish equitable educational frameworks across developing states.
Speaking at a high-level policy dialogue organized by the Department of Education at the University of Oxford, the Ambassador addressed the central theme: “How can policies make education equitable for all?”
