QUETTA: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Balochistan carried out a major intelligence-based operation against militants in the outskirts of Quetta, killing nine terrorists during an exchange of fire, according to provincial government officials.
Balochistan government spokesperson for interior affairs, Babar Yousafzai, said the operation was conducted in the Nohsar and Panjpai areas following intelligence reports regarding the presence of militants linked to Fitna al-Hindustan.
