Peshawar (News Desk) — An alleged audio leak involving terrorists affiliated with Fitna al-Khawarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has reportedly exposed plans to target civilian populations using quadcopters and advanced technology. In the audio conversation, terrorists identified as Rehmat and Khariji Fateh can allegedly be heard discussing the technical planning of drone attacks targeting ordinary civilians, elderly people and women in their homes.

During security force operations, mobile phones recovered from killed and arrested Kharijis have reportedly contained training videos on operating quadcopters and carrying out targeted attacks. According to the available evidence, similar quadcopter attacks on populated areas have previously been carried out in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa border areas of Azam Warsak, Toi Khulla and Ghwakhwa.
