Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Departs for Riyadh with High-Level Delegation at the Invitation of Saudi Crown Prince
Islamabad (Web Desk): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has departed for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on an official visit at the special invitation of Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
High-Level Delegation and Visit Details
The Prime Minister is accompanied by a high-level civil and military delegation during this important diplomatic visit.
The delegation includes:
- Muhammad Ishaq Dar – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister
- Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir – Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces
- Khawaja Muhammad Asif – Federal Minister
- Attaullah Tarar – Federal Minister
- Tariq Fatemi – Special Assistant to the Prime Minister
During his stay, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will offer prayers at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (the Prophet’s Mosque) in Madinah and pay his respects at the Roza-e-Rasool (PBUH). He will also perform Umrah in Makkah.

During the visit, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will hold a high-level meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The two leaders will discuss strengthening the longstanding brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, expanding economic partnership, and enhancing strategic cooperation.
