Islamabad (Commerce Desk) — A meeting of the National Economic Council was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, during which development priorities and key national projects across the country were approved.
During the meeting, the government emphasized infrastructure improvement, economic stability, and regional development as key priorities. Progress on various important projects was also reviewed.
The meeting discussed major railway projects, improvement of dry ports, coal-based energy projects, irrigation system reforms, and rehabilitation of flood-affected areas in detail.
In addition, administrative matters related to the health sector and major dam projects were also reviewed in order to make the development process more effective in the country.
