Gaza humanitarian crisis worsens, thousands killed and injured

Gaza (Monitoring Desk) The situation in Gaza has taken an extremely serious turn, with recent figures indicating a large number of Palestinians killed and injured as a result of Israeli attacks.

According to data from 7 October 2023 to 22 April 2026, more than 72,000 Palestinians have been killed and over 172,000 injured in Gaza. The report also states that many people are still trapped under the rubble.

The statistics show that a large portion of the population has been directly affected, while a significant number of the injured are suffering from long-term disabilities.

It is further reported that even after the ceasefire on 10 October 2025, violence did not fully stop, and hundreds were still killed and thousands injured afterward.

Continuous bombardment and ground operations in various areas of Gaza have led to widespread destruction, while the humanitarian crisis continues to deepen.
