Rawalpindi (Web Desk): Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces (COAS & CDF), Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI(M), HI(M), visited the National Emergencies Operation Center (NEOC) at the headquarters of the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) to review Pakistan's preparedness and response measures for the ongoing monsoon season.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Chairman NDMA briefed the Army Chief on the operational capabilities of the NEOC and its advanced technology-driven monitoring systems. During the briefing, the "Disaster Lens 2026" platform was showcased, highlighting its role in monitoring the current monsoon situation and multi-hazard risks across the country.
