Ziarat Tragedy: Government and Protest Committee Resume Talks to Break Deadlock

Quetta (Web Desk): Negotiations between the Balochistan government and the protest committee representing the families of the victims of the Ziarat tragedy have resumed in an effort to resolve the ongoing deadlock and end the sit-in in Quetta.

The provincial government has reactivated its negotiating committee to engage with the protesters, address their concerns, and work toward a peaceful resolution of the demonstrations.

According to Adviser to the Chief Minister on Home Affairs, Babar Yousafzai, the government delegation briefed the protesters and the victims' families on the measures taken so far and the progress made regarding their demands.

Both sides are maintaining high-level contacts to bring the negotiations to a successful conclusion.
