Water that helps keep blood sugar balanced

Mumbai (Health Desk) An Indian social media influencer has claimed that they observed the effects of consuming cumin, fennel, and ajwain water on an empty stomach for 30 days.

According to the influencer, the purpose of this experiment was not weight loss but to evaluate improvements in metabolism and overall health. They said that the mixture was prepared by soaking the three ingredients overnight in water and then boiling it and consuming it in a lukewarm form in the morning.

During the first week, they reportedly noticed reduced appetite and improvement in bloating and gas issues. In the second week, they claimed a decrease in acidity and positive effects on the body when taken on an empty stomach.

In the third week, they reported an increase in energy, which was possibly attributed to more balanced blood sugar levels. By the fourth week, it reportedly became a routine, with continued positive effects on digestion and appetite.
