Under-18 Hockey Asia Cup: Pakistan make strong start, defeat China 3-0

Kakamigahara (Sports Desk) — In the Under-18 Hockey Asia Cup being played in the Japanese city of Kakamigahara, Pakistan delivered a brilliant performance in their opening match by defeating China 3-0.

From the start of the match, Pakistan played an aggressive game and took the lead in the 6th minute of the first half when Usman scored the opening goal. Adeel doubled the lead in the 11th minute, while Yasir sealed the victory with a third goal in the 56th minute.

Pakistan will play their second match of the tournament against Malaysia on May 31, while the third match will be against Bangladesh on June 3. Both matches will be played at 3 PM.

Organized by the Asian Hockey Federation, the Under-18 Asia Cup is being held from May 29 to June 6, featuring various Asian teams.
