Successful Operation in Balochistan: PM Commends Security Forces, 11 Terrorists Killed

Islamabad (Web Desk) — Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has paid tribute to the security forces for successfully carrying out an operation against terrorists in Balochistan.

According to a statement issued by the Media Wing of the Prime Minister’s Office, Shehbaz Sharif appreciated the timely and effective action by the security forces that resulted in the killing of 11 terrorists allegedly operating under Indian patronage.

The Prime Minister also praised the professional capabilities of the security forces for foiling an attempt to disrupt traffic by blocking a road in Kharan and for destroying a terrorist hideout in Washuk, where 2.9 tonnes of explosives were recovered.

On the occasion, the Prime Minister said that the nefarious designs of terrorists and their facilitators would never be allowed to succeed. He expressed his resolve to completely eliminate Indian-sponsored terrorism from the country and said that operations against Fitna al-Khawarij and all other terrorist elements would continue with full force.
