Reducing distances and costs: Residents of Gwadar pointed out that the long and difficult journey to Quetta for routine official matters could be avoided through the creation of new administrative units.

Justice at the doorstep: The establishment of smaller provinces would help reduce pressure on the judicial system and enable affordable and speedy justice to reach people at the grassroots level.

Revolution in education and healthcare: Administrative decentralization could allow funds for hospitals, universities and infrastructure development to be allocated more equitably.
