Sarfraz Bugti Inaugurates First Women’s Market in Gwadar

Quetta (Balochistan News) Chief Minister Balochistan Sarfraz Bugti inaugurated the first women’s market established in Gwadar. On this occasion, he was briefed that 14 shops have been set up in this market, which will provide direct employment opportunities to local women.

After the inauguration ceremony, the Chief Minister visited the market and met with women shopkeepers. During this visit, he also listened to the issues and suggestions of the women.

The Chief Minister of Balochistan said that empowering women is among the government’s top priorities. He stated that such projects not only help in the economic independence of women but also play an important role in overall economic development. He said that the market established in Gwadar is an effective platform for women to showcase their skills.

He further said that the government is providing a conducive environment for women to do business and such projects will be expanded further. Sustainable development is not possible without the economic inclusion of women.

The Chief Minister reaffirmed his commitment that the government will continue to provide full support in creating business opportunities for women.
