Operation Shaban: Two More Khawarij Terrorists Killed in Balochistan
Quetta (Web Desk): The joint “Operation Shaban” being conducted by the Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps and Police against Fitna al-Khawarij in Balochistan is continuing with significant success. During the latest aerial and ground operations, security forces killed two more Khawarij terrorists, while a vehicle being used by them was also successfully targeted and destroyed.
According to the latest details released by security sources, the terrorists suffered heavy losses in personnel and equipment as a result of the forces’ effective retaliatory actions. Following the latest killings, the number of Khawarij terrorists killed under “Operation Shaban” alone has reached 85.
123 Khawarij Terrorists Killed Since July 5; Operation to Continue Until the Last Terrorist Is Eliminated
Defence sources said the grand crackdown launched to restore peace and security across the province is producing positive results. Since July 5, a total of 123 Khawarij terrorists have been eliminated in Operation Shaban and other intelligence-based operations (IBOs).
Security forces officials reiterated their resolve and made it clear that Operation Shaban would continue with full force until terrorism is completely eradicated from Balochistan and the last terrorist is neutralised.
