Islamabad (Web Desk) — Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President and former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has formally nominated Barrister Syed Iftikhar Ali Gilani as the party’s candidate for the office of Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The party leader has directed him to immediately submit his nomination papers for the upcoming election.

PML-N Central Information Secretary Marriyum Aurangzeb formally confirmed the nomination, stating that the decision was taken after final approval from party leader Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
