Islamabad (Balochistan News) The Federal Constitutional Court has fixed the hearing of the case related to the construction of the Nai Gaj Dam.
A two-member bench headed by the Chief Justice will hear the case on May 7. The court has issued notices to the governments of Sindh and Balochistan in this regard.
Notices have also been issued to the Attorney General, Planning Commission, and WAPDA, among other relevant parties, directing them to appear before the court.
Furthermore, the Federal Constitutional Court has sought a detailed progress report on the construction of the Nai Gaj Dam from the concerned authorities.
