Recalling his son's lifelong ambition, Abdul Wali's father said that he had always dreamed of serving the country as a police officer.

He stated:

"Abdul Wali had a passion for joining the police force from a very young age. He personally submitted his application to join the service. My son was my pride. He wore the police uniform with honor and attained the highest rank of sacrifice while protecting his homeland."
