The funeral prayers for Major Tauseef Ahmed Bhatti and four other brave soldiers, who embraced Shahadat during a high-stakes Intelligence-Based Operation (IBO) in the Chamalang area of Balochistan, were offered today in Loralai.
The ceremony was attended by senior military leadership, including GOC 41 Division Major General Mumtaz Ali and IGFC Balochistan (North) Major General Muhammad Atif Mujtaba, alongside various high-ranking civil and military officials.
Tributes to the Fallen Heroes
During the ceremony, the participants paid a profound tribute to the martyrs for their extraordinary courage and gallantry. The military leadership reiterated that the supreme sacrifice of these sons of the soil serves as an unforgettable testament to the security forces' commitment to the peace and stability of Pakistan.
Following the prayers, the remains of the Shuhada were dispatched to their respective hometowns. They will be laid to rest with full military honors, including traditional guards of honor.
The Chamalang Operation
The martyrs were part of a specialized unit conducting a targeted operation against terrorists in the rugged terrain of Chamalang. Their bravery ensured the neutralization of hostile elements, further strengthening the state's resolve under the vision of national security.
