Key Decisions in a High Meeting Chaired by the Chief Minister of Balochistan

H2: CM Sarfraz Bugti orders strict action; public safety remains the government’s top priority

Quetta — A high-level security meeting was held in Quetta under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti, where the overall security arrangements for maintaining peace and order during Muharram-ul-Haram were reviewed in detail. The Home Department of Balochistan provided a comprehensive briefing on foolproof security measures and threat prevention strategies.

According to the briefing, considering the sensitive situation in the province, 11 districts have been declared highly sensitive while 6 districts have been categorized as sensitive. The Chief Minister’s Office approved a comprehensive Emergency Response Plan for 9th and 10th Muharram to ensure peace across these areas.
