Joint Police–FC Security Check Post Approved for Hanna Urak
Quetta — The Government of Balochistan has approved the establishment of a joint security check post by the Balochistan Police and the Frontier Corps (FC) in Killi Babri, Hanna Urak, following special directives from the Chief Minister to further strengthen law and order in the province.
According to Adviser to the Home Department Babar Yousafzai, the primary objective of the new joint security post is to enhance public safety, ensure a rapid response to security incidents, and improve operational coordination between security agencies.
Home Department Seeks Joint Operational Plan
The Home Department has directed senior officials from the Police and FC to jointly prepare a comprehensive report covering the proposed location, personnel deployment, infrastructure requirements, and operational resources for the new check post.
According to the report, local residents and tribal elders have voluntarily provided land for the project, reflecting community support for measures aimed at improving security.
Provincial Home Minister Visits Hanna Urak
Provincial Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langove visited Killi Babri to review the security situation and inspect the proposed site for the check post.
During the visit, he met with tribal elders and local youth, assuring them that the provincial government remains committed to maintaining peace and safeguarding the lives and property of residents in Hanna Urak and surrounding areas.
