ISPR Summer Camp 2026 Held; 4,000 Students Join Training Programme

Rawalpindi — The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) organised Summer Camp 2026 at more than 18 stations across Pakistan, with over 4,000 male and female students participating in the programme.

During the training camp, a prominent national intellectual and analyst held a special session with the participants, focusing in detail on the themes of Pakistani identity and the freedom movement.

Ideology of Pakistan and Historical Identity: Key Highlights of the Intellectual Session

The speaker sought to strengthen national awareness among the youth and delivered a comprehensive address on Pakistan’s historical background. Key points from the session included:

A Unique Historical Event: The chief guest said the creation of Pakistan was an extraordinary event in world history, made possible through the political vision, strategy, and determination of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

Civilisation Dating Back Thousands of Years: Participants were reminded that Pakistan’s civilisational identity is not limited to the Indus Valley Civilisation but is also linked to ancient settlements such as Mehrgarh, which date back thousands of years.

National Characteristics: The speaker said Pakistanis hold a distinguished position in the world because of their intelligence, tolerance, hospitality, and unique national identity.

Kashmir Dispute and the Enduring Sacrifices of the Pakistan Army

Support for the Right to Self-Determination and the Sacrifices of Military Officers

During the session, the speaker also highlighted the Kashmir dispute and the exemplary role of the Pakistan Army in defending the country.

Most Important Point: Pakistan has always extended principled, moral, and consistent support to the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination. Referring to national defence, the speaker said Pakistan Army officers fight alongside soldiers on the front lines, which is why the rate of martyrdom among Pakistani military officers is among the highest compared with many other armed forces.
