On the Kasur front, India’s 4th Mountain Division, 2nd Independent Armoured Brigade and an additional tank regiment launched an attack. In the Lahore sector, Indian forces advancing toward the Harike-Burki Road also suffered heavy losses.

In the Sindh-Rajasthan sector, the Pakistan Army continued its advance and captured additional Indian military posts at Gadra.

On the aerial front, the Pakistan Air Force destroyed a formation of Indian MiG aircraft at Halwara.
