Islamabad (Web Desk) — Like people in other parts of the country, citizens in Sindh are increasingly calling for the creation of new administrative units and provinces. They believe that establishing new provinces has become essential to ensure sustainable development, regional balance and improved governance.

Strongly supporting the creation of new administrative units, citizens of Sindh also criticized the performance of the provincial government. They said that people in interior Sindh continue to face shortages of basic facilities such as electricity, water, gas, roads and hospitals. According to the citizens, the current provincial government has failed to undertake significant development projects, while new schools and hospitals have also not been established.

Citizens expressed hope that the creation of new administrative units in Sindh would help resolve public problems more effectively and that the new system could also contribute to reducing inflation. They said a new administrative framework could ensure a fairer distribution of resources, improve service delivery and provide people at the grassroots level with better access to education, healthcare and infrastructure.
