Quetta — Special and dignified ceremonies were held at various educational institutions across Balochistan under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (BSDI), as part of efforts to improve educational infrastructure and provide better facilities to students.

Government Boys Model School Turbat Upgraded with Modern Educational Facilities

Under the initiative, practical measures have been completed at Government Boys Model School Turbat to improve the learning environment and provide students with essential equipment and facilities. According to officials, the project was completed at a cost of Rs3 million. The initiative included the construction and upgrading of modern classrooms, along with the provision of new desks, chairs, whiteboards and other teaching aids.

Total cost: Construction and provision of equipment were completed through transparent funding of Rs3 million.

Classroom upgrades: A quality and comfortable learning environment has been established for students.

Broader access: Students from Turbat city as well as surrounding settlements will benefit from improved educational facilities.

Local teachers and parents welcomed the initiative, saying that revitalizing educational institutions in underdeveloped districts is an important need.
