CM Sarfraz Bugti Praises Security Forces for Successful Anti-Terror Operations in Balochistan
QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti has lauded security forces and law enforcement agencies for carrying out successful intelligence-based operations (IBOs) across the province, resulting in the elimination of 17 terrorists.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Chief Minister praised the professionalism, bravery, and sacrifices of security personnel, saying their timely actions had foiled the plans of terrorist groups and dealt a major blow to networks working against peace and stability in Balochistan.
Bugti reaffirmed the provincial government's unwavering support for security forces in their efforts to eliminate terrorism and safeguard the lives and property of citizens.
"The people of Balochistan want peace, development, and prosperity. Terrorist organizations cannot hold the province's future hostage," he said.
The Chief Minister emphasized that operations against anti-state elements, their facilitators, and externally backed terrorist networks would continue with full force. He added that the government remains committed to ensuring lasting peace, sustainable development, and public safety throughout the province.
Commending the officers and soldiers who participated in the operations, Bugti said the entire nation stands united with its security forces and will continue the fight until terrorism is completely eradicated.
