Emphasizing the protection of Gwadar residents’ rights and employment opportunities, Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti issued clear directives:
- Local Testing: Tests for all Class-IV vacancies in Gwadar will be conducted locally.
- Protection of Local Rights: No non-local candidate will be allowed to deprive local residents of their legitimate employment opportunities.

The Chief Minister also took immediate notice of concerns raised by the All Parties Gwadar delegation regarding the appointment of non-local individuals in the Fisheries and Forest Departments.
