Sanya (Sports Desk) Pakistani wrestlers showed an impressive performance in various events during the ongoing Asian Beach Games in the Chinese city of Sanya, although some athletes faced defeat in the finals.
In the 90kg category final, Pakistan’s Inam Butt was defeated by an Iranian wrestler, securing a silver medal.
Similarly, in the 70kg category bronze medal bout, Pakistan’s Muhammad Abdullah was defeated by a Kyrgyz wrestler.
On the other hand, in the 80kg category final, Asadullah also faced defeat against an Iranian opponent, however he managed to win a silver medal for Pakistan.
Overall, Pakistani wrestlers delivered a notable performance at the event, winning multiple medals for the country, including a silver medal.
