Barkhan / Quetta — DSP Mureed Bugti, a fearless and courageous police officer who served on the front lines in defence of the homeland, embraced martyrdom during an operational duty after terrorists launched a cowardly attack in the Rakhni area of Barkhan district, Balochistan.

DSP Mureed Bugti belonged to Sui and was serving as Deputy Superintendent of Police in Barkhan district, where he performed his duties with exceptional bravery, honesty, and dedication.

An Immortal History Written Through Sacrifice

DSP Mureed Bugti Shaheed will be remembered as an enduring symbol of courage, devotion to duty, and national honour.

His family had previously also been targeted by terrorists. Two of his daughters were martyred in an attack on his residence in Jaffarabad.

The courageous police officer is survived by two widows and 12 children.
