North Waziristan: 8 Foreign Terrorists Killed in Security Forces Operation

Peshawar: Security forces killed 8 terrorists of Fitna al-Khawarij during a successful intelligence-based operation in the tribal district of North Waziristan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to security sources, the forces effectively targeted terrorist hideouts on the basis of intelligence information, resulting in the complete destruction of several hideouts. Following the operation, a large quantity of modern weapons, ammunition and other military equipment was recovered from the possession of the killed terrorists.

Sources revealed that during the operation, the terrorists attempted to use a mosque as a shield to escape the security forces. However, keeping the sanctity of the mosque in consideration, the security forces conducted the operation with utmost professionalism, targeting only the terrorists and foiling their attempt.

Security sources said that comprehensive operations against Fitna al-Khawarij are continuing across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the forces remain fully committed to eliminating terrorism from the province.
