Karachi (Web Desk) — Economic and trade relations between Pakistan and the United States have received fresh momentum with the support of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC).

At the conclusion of its two-day visit to Karachi, a high-level US business delegation held meetings with provincial ministers, government officials, and leading members of the business community. The delegation also reviewed a wide range of investment opportunities available across Sindh.

  • Sindh Business One-Stop Shop: Introduction of a one-stop-shop framework designed to simplify administrative procedures for investors.

Discussions with Pakistan Business Council and Multi-Sector Cooperation

The US business delegation also held detailed discussions with senior officials of the Pakistan Business Council (PBC).

The meeting focused on private-sector partnerships across Pakistan’s diverse economic sectors.

Progress was discussed in the following key areas:

  • Agriculture and Textiles: Agricultural innovation and expansion of textile exports.
